Ferrell Gas Propane Co review: Drop this $200.00 fee and do the service you are charging extra for!

We heat our house and cook w/ propane. We pay a fee for the service of keeping our tank full. They placed a meter that notifies when the tank gets to 30%. We ALWAYS have to notify of service needed and if we don't track it our selves it goes empty! I tried to place an order because it was EMPTY and the website said because it was at 0%, I had to call. I did. The lady said she'd put in an emergency order. She did not state there would be any "fees" associated with the order. They came and fill and added a $200.00 emergency fee to the order ticket. We have also had occasion where we had to flag a passing truck down to get gas and when he called the office to get permission since he had gas to spare; they denied him and us. Even the driver was pleading for us. I am SURE we can't be the only people being treated like this and we will fight the fee and move our service asap. I HIGHLY suggest nobody contract with this company! They're AWFUL!
