I was 2 boxes in when I realized this was a bad idea. The 2nd box didn't have any of the so called "free for life" stuff they guarantee you, it didn't have the smoothies I orders AND arrived late. The food is no better than if you do a frozen dinner, it isn't special. And frozen dinners last longer. Then when I tried to get a refund on the smoothies I never got it just gave me a credit and wouldn't let me talk to any human. I've been trying to reach a HUMAN for DAYS and the phone line has a 45+ minute wait time EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL! And I'm sitting in "waiting purgatory" on their chat waiting for someone to answer me. This is the worst thing I've ever done. Will NEVER use this this service again. For as much money as it costs to use this service, they could at the least have a decent customer service team.
Recommendation: Don't do it
If you haven't already done so, I suggest you contact your credit/debit card issuer and dispute the charge. I think they will be on your side when they hear what you've gone through. For me, a skipped week that was suddenly resurrected from the dead and shipped was enough.

The agent I spoke with demonstrated dishonest and manipulative behavior. When I requested to speak with a manager, she claimed she would place me on a brief hold to retrieve one, only to return moments later pretending to be the manager herself. I expressed my disbelief and stated that I could not continue to do business with a company that permits such a blatant lack of integrity.
My initial concern was related to the management of my weekly meal subscription. I sought to pause the service for the upcoming week due to having an excess of meals and my mother's dissatisfaction with the food, though she appreciated the drinks and smoothies. However, after encountering this deceptive representative, I explicitly instructed her to cancel my order and refund all of my money. Instead, she offered to issue a partial refund and retain the upcoming box, citing that the label had already been printed. I firmly rejected this explanation, emphasizing that I did not care about the status of the label and that my priority was the cancellation of the subscription and the return of all my funds.
Despite my clear instructions, the representative failed to cancel the account as requested, and I did not receive a full refund. To my further frustration, I received a text message today prompting me to select meals, which directly contradicts my explicit demand to cancel the account. This situation is unacceptable, and I am concerned about the possibility of additional funds being deducted due to the company's lack of professionalism. I urge you to review the recorded call, as it will confirm my account of the interaction. I expect a full refund of my money and the immediate removal of my card information from this account.
