DPD UK review: Delivery of live plants that should have been next day but took over week.

Three roses were delivered a week late and in very poor condition. 

We were here but The delivery man didn't even bother to ring the doorbell? 

I have enclosed photos.  One pot had virtually no soil as it was all at the bottom of the box. One other pot is split and damaged. One rose may survive (?), but I am not impressed at all. The soil is dry and, clearly, the box has not been kept upright. A shambles of a delivery.

DPD have certainly let me down. I suggest Jackson Nursery make a claim on DPP.
