after purchasing a gift card from my employers incentive site for £499 £0.99 I went to buy a laptop The laptop was faulty which I sent back I never seen that laptop again And I never seen my money again I do not know what else to do I've had people from India when I call them telling me to shut up Let them speak And I will not be getting anything back from them Surely there is a way I can take them to a small court or any help would be beneficial for myself as I lost my job through this also he thought it was quite funny that I miscarried when I I miscarried

Claimed loss: 499.99

Desired outcome: apology and full gift card amount or my money back, seems to me that this company are a law onto their own self They can say and do anything they want.
