Went to use gift card at cracker barrel on my birthday was told it was no good.
Number6006492140077251692.Now my niece got card at family dollar birch run michigan.She paid $25.00 my husband $25.00 plus.
Called restaurant and got 3 numbers.[protected] did not work,[protected] was a foreigner telling me I won a gift card and wanted My information ,I didnt give it to him.[protected] belongs to a sharon ext.2290,got she was busy and would call back later.Never did.So I called same day hours later and got the same message.
I would like to resolved this issue.It is not nice doing this to people.No way to get a hold of yous.So I hope and pray this works.

balance on an unused gift card
three different cracker barrel stores have been unable to show the balance on an unused $25.00 gift card. they called corporate for help and still could not get a balance. i first talked to someone at corporate and they said they could not get a balance because it was an older card with no pin #, that i could take it to a local store and they could scan it and give me the balance, but as i said that did not work. the gift card #[protected] says no expiration date.

My significant other was billed for a sprite that never showed up and the order was wrong. I didn't get the spicy grilled catfish, she brought out fried catfish billed us anyway leaving out the hush puppies. The ice was melted and she never apologized.
Usually the service is much better. The customer is right. No arguments. She was probably very busy. It's a favorite place to go. The server botched my entire meal. I would like a gift card or discount off 1 order to make up for the billing.

On Wednesday, 11-22-2023, my mom went out to eat at Cracker Barrel CB0544 in Columbia TN. She wanted a piece of pecan pie and I was ordering a piece of chocolate pecan pie to take to my aunt who at the time was in the hospital. I also was ordering my mom the fried chicken and mac and cheese to take home. We were informed that these were being held for Thanksgiving, 11-23-2023. Tents were on the tables advertising these as available. Was this standard operating procedure for all Cracker Barrels on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving or just the one that was closest to us?

Thanksgiving dinner order for 8-10 11/22/23 pickup
I ordered Thanksgiving Dinner for 8-10 persons from the Cracker Barrel in Valrico, Fl and picked it up on Wednesday at noon from the restaurant. I am a regular customer of this Cracker Barrel Restaurant and so I was quite disappointed in my order. Specifically, the sides were not good. The mashed potatoes were soupy, the cornbread dressing not good, sweet potato casserole not good. I threw out almost all of the sides. The biscuits were not acceptable and uneaten. I fed them to the birds. Needless to say, I was taken back with this order. I have ordered in the past and been pleased so as a customer for years I can't understand what happened. On 11/5/23, I pre-ordered 8-10 Thanksgiving feast. Of which, I paid over $160.
11/23/23, stood in line for over 2 hours. Finally, received our partial order (due to restaurant ran out of food, and poorly organized). Refrigerator unit barely had any food left. Staff was in a rush to just provide any food available. Never received sweet potato casserole. Was told "they are out and trying to cook more". We didn't receive a drink. Turkey was pre-cut (over cooked and dry), mashed potatoes were under cooked, and dry.
All and all this 2023 Thanksgiving meal was very disappointing. We will not be returning to Cracker Barrel next year for a Thanksgiving meal.

Poor service, fireplace not on customers cold
11/24/2023.
We were very disappointed with the service at the mount Arlington location.
We always come here, but recently the service had been not up to par. Shouldn’t wait 20 minutes for someone to take our order. And another 20 minutes to get our orders.
Plus the restaurant is cold and they refused to put on the fireplace to help warm it up.
This really is not the quantity I expected at Cracker Barrel.

We arrived at Cracker Barrel at 1215 p.m. and had multiple issues at this location.
1. Tried to order soup but said they were completely out of soup. Even though the soup of the day was vegetable soup
2. We ordered a baked potato and it took the server 15. Minutes to let us know that they were out of baked potatoes. Ordered grilled chicken tenders.
3. Waiter never gave us our biscuits. We asked about them and she told me that they were out of biscuits so gave us cornbread instead. Not even 2 minutes later the table behind us received biscuits.
4. Server brought out our food and we were missing an order. The order was a grilled chicken salad. We received the grilled chicken tenders first even though we ordered those tenders 15 minutes later. We asked why we didn’t get the salad and she told us she doesn’t know but will check. We didn’t receive the salad until 15 minutes after the food was delivered. We asked why it took so long and the server said that they had a new cook and the manager was cooking. She said they didn’t know what they were doing.
5. We had asked for gravy and never received the gravy.
6. Our server never filled our drinks up.
Desired outcome: I would like an answer to why the service was horrible and we were treated differently.
Defective product
On 31 Oct I stopped at a CrackerBarrel in Bridgeport Michigan. Used my Rewards app to purchase an apple streusel pie. Took it to a family gathering and was absolutely embarrassed and upset, the pie was moldy. I have sent to feedback forms on the app and have heard nothing, sent an email to guest relations and I was first contacted back on Nov 6, and was told within three days I would receive an electronic gift card. I sent a message on the 10th to say I have received nothing. Today is the 19th and still nothing. Totally disappointed, the nearest Cracker Barrel to me is about 120 miles round trip, so just going there would be an expense. I have always been happy with the food and customer service with this company until now.

Tried to order thanksgiving dinner on line. A total disaster. Not a good website, tried to chat and I never was answered. I ask 3 times if I can go into the store and order. Kept sending me to a tech that I had to pay 1 dollar . Having yo give my credit card number etc. I’m not paying one dime yo get an answer. Then had to look up corporate phone numbers and it sends me to chat sgsin and wanting a dollar. Does anyone at corporate work in office and answers phone. You have it set up do you do not get calls! Why is that! I’m fine!
Service was terrible to be kind
We arrived at your restaurant and was told a 15-minute wait, this was fine. When seated we were deep in dirty tables. They attempted to bus the one right next to us, our server snapped at the busser not to clean it until she talked to management as she had been working for 22 hours straight. She took our order, took 15 minutes to get drinks (should have left at that point). The server never refilled our drinks, really never saw her. The just when we were going to complaint that the table next to us, seated 15 minutes after us had their food, the food arrive via a manager. Had to go ask for silverware and butter for biscuits, Food was not the hottest and chicken was tuff, I think is may have been in the window while our server was missing in action. She did resurface only to give us our bill, an tell us to have a blessed day. Very disappointed as I am a regular customer to Cracker Barrell, this was not a good experience. The other issue was one of the older servers must have gotten discipled, as she halfway thru our visit she was crying while waiting on table?
Claimed loss: I have no claim. This is our second bad experience at this location in a month. Last time they gave us the wrong side, told them when they served it. Left the item got us the correct item, but charged us extra for it?
