Corel/Roxio review: Roxio NXT 9

Am missing a DSConfi15.dll. Have been in contact with Roxio/Corel/Parellel numerous times email and phone. No one listens to my request, only promises of "we'll get back to you", my ticket number keeps disappearing mysteriously, even though I resond and give them requested information about my computer to Their (PARALLEL) email address, it comes back umable to deliver. And yet they tell me they have been trying to contat me. Today I verified my email address by phone and once again she promised to email me back immediatley. That was 5 hours ago. This problem has been going on for months. Their oft repeated "care and concern and sorry" words can only be found in the dictionary. Not in anyway of customer service. I will not purchase this product again even though I have had a couple of previous versions. Their support is abysmal to say the least.
