I canceled my Consumer Cellular account on 3/2/26 - requesting release of the number for use with another carrier. CC failed to release the number until 3/10, resulting in my having no cell service for 8 days. The billing cycle for 2/6-3/7 in the amount of $29.67 was paid in full on 3/26/26. Then they charged me another $29.64 for the 8 days I had no service and count not get service from any other carrier due to their failure to release the exisiting cell number.

Desired outcome: Refund to the credit card they made the 4/26/26 charge on.
