I want to share a fraud experience I had in CITMER - Mexico fertility clinic. To save some money, I decided to have a fertility treatment in Mexico, at the Center for Technological Innovation and Reproductive Medicine - CITMER. All started with a simple insemination with a donor, yet a supposedly perfect stimulation followed by the gynecologist and having no infertility problems. However, none results were obtained. At that point citmer convinced me to go for another cycle and try the in vitro fertilization (IVF) at a discount price this time. As I was convinced that I wanted to have a baby this year, I accepted having an IVF treatment, I also paid extra money for a Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis. I ended up paying over 30 thousand dollars for a 2 cycle IVF (in vitro fertilization) package, and over 4 thousand dollars for a Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis; and obtained zero results as citmer said the embryos obtained were abnormal.

As I suspected something was wrong, I required citmer the printed results of my medical tests undertaken by the clinic, and the test results of the Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis which was supposedly issued by a laboratory in the USA. Citmer did not provide me the original lab results, citmer provided me a fake copy of the lab test results. The laboratory which supposedly issued the test results in Mexico does not exist, and my embryos were never sent from Mexico to the USA for the preimplantation genetic diagnosis.

As Citmer cannot prove my embryos left Mexico to the USA, as there is not track of the delivery neither a legal document that proves that my embryos left Mexico with destination to the USA, it can be concluded that citmer did not do the IVF treatments properly; and as result there were not embryos to be diagnosed. When I realized the horrible trap done by citmer, I wanted to die for all the uncertainty I have lived during the whole process. All this time I have blamed myself because citmer made me feel guilty for getting zero results, when the truth was that I was misled by citmer. This clinic cannot prove the IVF treatments were done properly, the medical results provided by the clinic are fake, additionally citmer cannot prove my embryos left Mexico to be delivered to the USA for their examination in an american laboratory. This fertility clinic has zero ethics, zero reliability, not recommended. For patients trying to conceive, I would recommend them to investigate at least 5 fertility clinics with proven results.

Desired outcome: Prevent fraud in fertility treatments
