Tried for 3 days to get support for a glitch in applying for a loyalty card. I am now going to display my loyalty to you by taking my business elsewhere. Oh. In see I can actually post a picture of your problem, not that it's going to fix my issue with you. When I click on the link you provide to verify my email I get a pw change page. Phone support asked for my card number after explaining that I couldn't open an account. Through experience I've learned this is the reply that leads to hours, weeks or months of getting nowhere with support. And don't try to tell me I'm the only person who has contacted you about this over 3 days. Numerous emails sent and ignored. Here's the pic proving your problem. Should be interesting how long you take to rectify it. But I'm betting this is a trap installed into the program to ensure customer support workers can waste the customers time, thinking the more of their time they waste, the more people you need to hire, and that is job security for them. I may come back if AI successfully takes their jobs. Sick of the disrespect large corporations show their customers. I'll be somebody else's customer until I need support from them. I won't even bother contacting anybody's customer support again, unless I'm under contract. In which case when contract expires I'm off to the next guy to eventually repeat the perpetual process of [censored] support. LOL. I just saw the chat with an expert bot. The link gives the impression you'll ger head office assistance but just leads to another xcalkl center borderline [censored].
Recommendation: Don't bother with them. Will not invest in happy customers.
