California Rooter and Plumbing review: Plumbing

I was quoted labor plus material. After job was done the plumber said that material was 4x as expensive he said it would be before the job. After many requests for a receipt, I received an invoice for a lot of labor and minimal material. I was lied to! I called and was told to talk to the owner, “Mark”, who refused to call me back or talk to me. After 2 months and many requests, he never called. I was quite clear that I was NOT complaining about the price; it was that I was scammed and lied to by his plumber! The price was still fair but well above what was quoted. But, the plumber lied and scammed more money and the owner, “Mark”, condoned it. They cannot be trusted; I hope the job under the house holds up! I was quoted $1200 (MAX) and paid $1650 ($750 material; invoice reads $1400 labor, $250 material)
