Buyback Boss review: Bait & switch

They had the highest buy back price that I could find. My phone was in excellent condition. They made it easy to ship the phone to them and they were initially very communicative. When they received the phone, they gave me a low-ball offer and mentioned that it was due to scratches which the phone did not have. I asked them for a photo of the phone and they sent me a photo of someone else's phone. I asked them for additional photos and they mentioned the phone was already put into their inventory. Stay away from this company. I took their offer knowing I would not receive my phone back.
