I ordered through the app but when I got there they told me the frier and broiler were down and I'd have to wait. After a VERY long wait only the burger was brought out to me and the guy that brought it became very confrontational with me when I ask if I could also have the drink I ordered since I would not be getting the fries I paid for and he began cussing me. I then decided to get out and go speak to the manager and followed him in as he is now yelling across the restaurant that I'm making a scene. I asked for the manager and she came to the counter as he walked passed her he called me a very ugly word involving a mother. She also walked away but said something I couldn't understand bc he was still yelling about "these *blank* white people". I told the manager that this was unreal and that it was very messed up. There was zero attempt to make the situation right at all and I left very shaken and upset at what had just happened. I will never eat anything from burger king again in my life bc of the way I was allowed to be treated. If I had behaved the way that this young man behaved or allowed another employee of my race to treat a customer the same way they treated me, I would be ostracized and plastered all over social media for public ridicule. Wrong is wrong no matter who you are and this was wrong. I have never treated another human being with that little disregard!
Recommendation: Do NOT eat here EVER!

BK apparently does not care about customer complaints. On April 8th, I placed a take out order inside this BK on the receipt. It was no more busier than usual and I observed customers who ordered after me, receive their order, I waited 45 minutes because my wife really wanted BK but enough was enough and I requested a refund. The manager came from out back, seeming more happy to give me my money back than to see why it took that long. I went home and went to the website on the receipt and left a complaint, requesting contact. No response from them. I wanted 5 days then went to their website address and complained there. No response. I then went to their Facebook page and complained on the Message link. Still ignored so I am calling it quits to patronizing Burger King!
