There is too much to be said and explained here so I invite managing director Branko Tojagic and sales manager Suzi Kappes to ask them whether its acceptable to purchase a Branx treadmill and within 2 months, it fails.

The MCB board failed. I contacted an engineer for expert advice and he suspected this was a revamped treeadmill with old parts or second-hand parts installed as the reason why it failed. He said a brand new treadmill with new parts for this intermediate treadmill price range £600-£700 should never fail after only 2 months (of fairly liberal use I might add)

I will also like to know why the after-sales service is so appalling. No engineer visit after 4 weeks. Peter Jones has made up never ending excuses.

I even offered to call my own engineer myself, pay him and get reimbursed by Branx but this plan was refused.

The customer service line never gets through to anyone as this seems to be a tremendously understaffed company

After 3.5 weeks, we agreed to do a swap for a replacement device with Panther logistics being the carrier.

This was handled disastrously by Peter as he failed to properly brief ME and THEM on what needed to happen as I shall detail below and as I detailed in the Amazon buyer/seller message board:

------------------------------ " Two carriers came to my house today and refused to touch the item due to their insurance policy. It only led to a lot of embarrassment, waste of time and confusion as I shall explain below. The carrier came to the place in which the treadmill is location, which is literally about 5 metres from the front door.

The treadmill was initially assembled. The carrier said I should dissassemble it to make it "easier for them to carry". I dissassembled it (all myself). I managed to hurt my fingernail when it squeezed between two tight spaces on the treadmill.

Literally after that, the carrier who had vacated the property returned and saw the dissassembled treadmill. He then said he had only 1 shipping label and could not return it because it was now multiple parts.

He also said he can't even carry it at all. After numerous back and forths between the 2 carriers and the driving line agent on the phone, all of which transpired for 20 mins while the carriers literally parked on the main road, blocking off other vehicles (initially they had parked in a lawful way, but for some reason the moment the carrier driver saw the treadmill was assembled, he had already made the bone-headed decision to start to try to drive off). I even got a call from my neighbour about the pick up truck blocking the main road.

Eventually, nothing came of it. I even called Peter from Branx, I was totally bewildered as to how there could be such weirdness and such a chaotic scene going on. This was supposed to be my day off from work and I missed some other appoitnments I had to anticipate this delivery.

NONE of this was discussed or mentioned to me beforehand, that there could even be an issue with an insurance policy that refuses to carry out a returned package.

thus the item was NOT returned and the replacement also was not delivered due to a lack of space, simply the item for collection is occupying the space in which the replacement should be.

I bought this on the 5th of December. Its been roughly 3.5 weeks since these issues and I've managed to do any exercise. That's only 67% of the time roughly that I could have used the treadmill. I have a really tight schedule and

I work from home. So what i have now is an expensive disassembled product, difficult to move occupying space in my home.

Peter said he'll look into all of this for me and I should not get upset about it, but I do wonder how its possible to not get upset by this. Like it will be unusual NOT be angered by this." --------------------------------------------------

As you can see, this was a complete and utter failure by Peter who has been in his job for years and even failed to mention the possibility Panther will refuse to carry the product out themselves.

As of now, Branx has failed to live up to ANY promises.

Claimed loss: I suffer from clinical depression and my relief from that is cardio exercisesWhich is why i bought this treadmill. I have suffered damaging effects to my mental health and physical health and my ability to sleep.

Desired outcome: I will like to seek compensation of up to and not including £1000 , not including the cost of the item (£600) I will be returning back to Branx and a written apology from upper management.
