With just 4 occupied tables it took 3+ minutes to be seated. We were taken to the far corner table because all other booths/tables were full of dirty dishes, most stayed that way for the entirety of the visit. 5 mins for server to come to the table. ordered drinks, 8 minutes to receive wrong drinks. 7 more minutes to get correct drinks. Ordered meals, 10 minutes to get the wrong bread order, 2 more to get correct bread. 19.5 minutes to receive cold food. No call back. We could see 4 or 5 servers near the pick-up window giggling and talking all the while.

Recommendation: DON'T GO TO LEBANON OHIO BOB EVANS
