Using this service is basically like throwing your money away.
I placed an order that I needed to cancel, but instead doing this and refunding me, they issued a store credit. After about 7 frustrating phone calls I finally got the information I needed to be able to use this store credit in the form of a coupon code. They failed to mention that you can only use the coupon code once, so even though I had a store credit of $108.00, I was only able to use $34.00 of it because I was planning on putting through multiple different orders to be delivered to multiple different places. When I asked for the remainder of un-used money to be refunded to me (during an 8th frustrating phone call) they told me that a refund wasn't possible. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me they weren't available right now. When I asked for their supervisor's contact information they said they didn't have it. When I asked how they got in touch with their supervisor, they told me they do it "through a box."
Eventually I gave up and accepted the loss. But sure feels like a scam.
