American Pharoah review: Plumbing

On July 4, 2023 I filed a claim with Choice Warrantee for a leaking faucet under my bathroom sink. Two days later a representative from American Pharaoh LLC came to assess the problem. He informed me that CW would contact them in two hours to approve the service, at which point AP would call me to set up an appointment. I gave him a check for $45. On July 8 I called CW to find out if my claim was approved. It was approved. I immediately called AP to let them know and to make an appointment. No answer. I left a message. I called AP again on July 10 and left another message. I also left a comment on you website regarding this situation.

Today, July 11, I again called and left a message and then again latter that morning I finally was able to speak to the owner. He said that he could come ““today” but would not be here until after 4PM. We canceled our plans and waited…and waited…and are still waiting. I called him at 6pm to get an eta. I left yet another message. At the very least, he should call us with an time update. It is now 9:00pm. No call, no service, faucet still leaking. I am seriously considering to NOT renew our contract with CW.
