I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a serious issue I have encountered with my account.

I created my account through an agent, as I was completely new to the platform and unfamiliar with the full registration and verification process. After opening the account, I made a deposit with the intention of playing. However, I was not aware that I needed to add personal details such as email or phone number beforehand.
Immediately after making the deposit, I was unable to log into my account. The system continuously shows that my password is incorrect, even though I am confident that I am using the correct credentials.
The most concerning issue is that I deposited money into this account, but I was never given the opportunity to properly set up or verify my account information. I have not added any personal details (email, phone number, etc.) because I was not guided properly as a new user.
I have already provided all possible supporting information to your team, including:
- Deposit details
- Date and time of the transaction
- Information about the agent through whom I deposited
- Approximate account creation time
Despite this, your security team is refusing to verify my account and is now claiming that the account does not belong to me. This is completely unacceptable.
I strongly believe this situation reflects a serious flaw in your system or a failure in customer support. From a user’s perspective, this feels like fraudulent behavior, as I have deposited money but am being denied access without proper resolution.
I request immediate action to:
1. Investigate my case thoroughly
2. Restore access to my account OR
3. Refund my deposited amount
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.
