University of Arizona Global Campus review: Stipend

I have been a student with the University of the Rockies since 2010. Then University of the Rockies went under Ashford University before going under now University of Arizona Global Campus. When I started stipends were disbursed 10 days after the first start date of term. Over the years, no one knew when the funds were to be disbursed. In 2021 my attorney worked out in mediation does not receive any more fees and for the university to pay for the rest of my schooling. The access and wellness have been less than helpful with my disability. When I see fees assigned and inquire, the university denies any fees. This term ends December 11 and I have emailed inquiring financial department with no response, Denise Neal. Friday, December 8 I added more people from the university and Denise Neal finally responded informing not getting money until December 12, 2023, $3983.00 AFTER term has ended. I am financially struggling to pay expenses and constantly meet with rude, uncaring people from the university who cannot tell me exact dates of disbursement to let my financial obligations know. It is embarrassing to inform them the university is unable to tell me when I will get my stipend. I start internship in January and have been told it will be a needs basis if I am able to continue receiving funds. I am asking an investigation into the financial department and ask students are given exact dates when they can expect disbursement. thank you Colleen Phipps-Cochran COPHIP3341
