My name is Xing Shen.

Long Time ago, I had two SecureSpend Gift cards, each contained $500.00 dollars. Expires date is 03/31 and 07/29.

One card I always keep in my wallet, until I tried using it in xx, and found the money already stole by one in 01/11/2023 in CA. I reported SecureSpend and open a case, late they said the timeframe passed.

I think, if I knew the money stole and did not report on time, it may considered timeframe pass, how can report within timeframe for un-know things?

The other gifts card I still keep in packaged, but checked balance in SecureSpend website, always get system error. It looks problem too.
