Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex review: Lack of information by receptionist about a step in the room negligence

I check in on Monday 30th. Room 25 in the basement with 2 heavy doors to open to go through. That day was a day off.
Receptionist did not inform me that there is a step in the room. Visually cannot see. No sign on the door.

I walk to the bed and fell down and twist badly my right ankle. Whole body was shocked as was terribly hurt. I have tried to stand up on the bed as it was in pain. Few hours later came to reception in extreme pain as could not stand up. Have to go to emergency by taxi with support of a crutch but could not stand up and have to ask for help. Registered at 18.40 ; done X ray and could only see doctor at 23.02! WAS IN PAIN.

No taxi and hotel was not able to organize it and have to come back with support of a person in the street. I did not want to go back to the same room and change it. No food and was hungry. I have to order a salad and wait for one hour at 1.30am!

Have to organize repatriation as it was not able to walk properly on Feb 2nd with my credit card insurance
In France have to see doctors on Feb 2nd + redo X rays on Feb 2nd and dopler on Feb 6th as possible plebite, has to do injection on Feb 3rd and 4th.

I will resee doctor on Feb 8th. Might have to stop to go to office for 2 weeks at least! LIGAMENT PROBLEM
Hotel pay me back taxi expenses to go to Hospital
I broke my glasses and I have pain in back and other foot.
The manager at reception told me that there is a sign-up above on the wall, so small! That it is impossible to see!
