Hi,

I wanted to complain about this company, I cancelled my subscription and account in October 2023 last year. I was promise in an email and several phone calls that I will get a refund back on my account. We are in April, and I have yet to receive my refund or a reimbursement. Each time I call, they give me the excuses and never a solution or escalations towards upper management. I am tired of calling and there are no changes. This refund and reimbursement supposed to be sent to me after 90 business days of my cancellation back in October 2023. 90 days deadline was initiated in December and still did not receive a refund. We are in April and there is still no refund. I have complained several times and submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau about this issue. All I am asking for is something that was promised and approved by the upper management to receive a refund.

I submitted my cancellation request form to their support team per Kevin instructions on 10/6/2023.

I have called in Nov, December, Jan, Feb, I have proof in my phone records of the numerous times I've called, and they always say you are on the list to have your reimbursement sent back but no updates on when, or the amount that will be sent back. No one ever tells me anything and never place a manager on the phone.

Claimed loss: They told me I was supposed to be reimbursed for the amount I paid to start the program and the money was never sent to me.

Desired outcome: I would like to have answers or an eta on why it's taking so long and is this a legit procedure or they just making things up to shut me down and lying to me this whole time.
