I want all consumers to know about Omighty online store. It is a scam and very important for customers to know that you can lose your money by shopping here.
On 12/29 we ordered over $300 of clothing for our daughter for Xmas gifts. We paid for expedited shipping and were told it would 1-2 weeks with expedited shipping. As of today 1/27 we still have received nothing. We were sent a DHL tracking number that still shows as invalid. To make matters worse when I went on line to e-mail customer service today. The customer service agent was horribly rude. The agent first told me the order had shipped. When I continued to complain that that tracking number was invalid - the agent then went on to tell me that “because I couldn’t understand that shipping takes time” they were cancelling my order now.
How is it possible to cancel an order that had already been shipped? This is proof it’s a scam and I am out of $300. The email exchange was awful and I hope no one else experiences what we have gone thru.

Claimed loss: $300 is lost
Desired outcome: I want a refund of my money and this business needs to be reported to all as a scam so no one else goes thru what we went thru. It’s awful.
