We bought a split AC unit in April for an addition to our house. Installation was costly and in late July the compressor went out. We had a licensed AC tech out and sent the report to Ramsond and we can't get an answer out of them. They are having to "think" about whether they are going to replace the compressor. Please just sent it to me so I can spend more money to have it replaced.

Four Seasons Services, Inc. based in Kennesaw, GA is a lawn maintenance business hired to treat my lawn. Mike Sheevy, the owner is offensive and rude to his customers. Worse, when I discovered a FedEx package missing from my front door, Mike admitted to stealing it. He claimed I could have it back only if I paid him for it! I would not allow this low-life on my property much less providing any kind of lawn care treatment.

Filed complaint with CSPC - no other complaints have been filed to date yet clearly this is not an isolated occurrence. Contacting Werner for a replacement ladder - don’t have any confidence that the replacement hinges will suffice.
