4 hours of waiting including unfulfilled ETA. After numerous phone calls and transfers to PA and Southern CA and multiple-multiples of repeating our AAA ID#s, I finally got tired of numerous apologies without any answers. If I wasn't a 72 year old cancer survivor, I would've pushed it the 3 miles and saved time and aggravation.
Pathetic way to operate a service-oriented business! If this had been my first bad experience, I might consider this an anomaly.
Wrong, the first time was as excruciating as this one. Over 4 hour wait! Nothing but useless finger-pointing between AAA and the tow companies.
Is there anyone accountable and responsible at AAA? I haven't found one yet and I talked to many!
